I think the most important aspect of exercise is this. Make peace with the fact that daily exercise will form part of your life, forever. Simple. There are too many benefits to list, but we all know it is essential for our health and our happiness. So just do it! No more excuses. What I can say is finding your “flavour” of exercise is important. What do you like doing and what pushes your a bit our your comfort zone and out of breath. Is it dancing, surfing, running around with your kids, Zumba, Pilates, gym work outs, walking yoru dog in a forest, cycling or climbing mountains? Whatever blows your hair back. Do what makes you happy and what makes you sweat. Have fun, go out in nature, put on your favourite tunes. Just get moving.

Brand new research is bringing to light the immense benefits of fasting.  And to be honest, it is not as hard as you think it will be.  When I did my first 24 hour fast, the first of my life at the age of 47, I never thought I would be able to do it.  Now a year later, it is a regular part of my month and life.  I have done a 48 hour as well, and planning a 72 hour fast soon!   Learn all about fasting with your hormones in this plan.
